The Lancers on the first set of enemies are actually not RNG, so you can actually do it quickly and consistently (albeit quite difficultly) like this: z (can mash) / right,z / left,left,z left,z / mash / z (mash but not way too quickly because it starts one to the left) (you can probably do left+z here but that's really hard)
Alternatively, if you do left,z on Ralsei's first lancer (which is slightly easier to react to and not that much slower), on the next turn you can do z (can mash) / right,z / mash.
